Products must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be returned with all tags attached in their original condition, along with all packing materials, courier receipt, invoice, and other papers.
Once the product is successfully received at our facility, AAYUSH HEAVEN CARE SOLUTIONS LLP will promptly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 4-7 working days.
If you have received the wrong or damaged product, you can initiate a return request within 7 days of product delivery:
Step 1: Raise a return request by emailing us at aayushheavencare@gmail.com.
Step 2: Our delivery team will collect the package from your doorstep. If the pickup service is not available for your pin code or if there is no defect in the received item(s), you will be responsible for shipping the products to our location at your own risk.
Return Period after Delivery is applicable if the product was received due to the following reasons:
Wrong product delivered
Received a damaged/defective product
Packaging tampered or damaged before delivery
Note: AAYUSH HEAVEN CARE SOLUTIONS LLP will not accept liability for delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 7 business days of receipt.
The refund will be processed within 5-7 Working Days from the date of the product's cancellation.
Please note that if the order is returned after dispatch, we will refund only the cost of the product, not the shipping charges paid by the buyer. (As the shipment is returning to our location, we have to bear the double shipping charges.)
If the order is canceled before dispatch, we will refund the full amount paid by the buyer.
Refunds will be processed via IMPS/NEFT/UPI, which will be the same as the payment source.
